The flaw I see is that the main gameplay portion is too short and limited to match the multitudes of endings and playthroughs the game requires. It looks like there is some NG+ bonuses that could alter the course of the run in a significant way, but the fact remains that you probably would have seen all the scenes with the girls and would skip most of it after a while. There is a limited number of girls you can chase, and after you've seen it all over several runs, the only thing left to do is look at the guide and meet the condition for one of the endings and just keep sleeping (I think). I found the game pretty good and will play a few more runs of it, but I'd imagine that it will get boring after 3-4 runs. You meet someone you seduce/rape them 3 pages later. The scenes and writing are good, but its too short and there is very little build up. As for fappability, I personally couldn't even though these tags are my favorite. As far as the ending, at least the one I got consist of one page with a picture and a couple paragraphs of text. You impregnate girls for 7 nights and get one of 20+ endings. You will enjoy it if you are male dom rapey stuff. The overall plot, theme, and kinks are as you see in the tags. The scenes could be a bit longer but I will expand on that in a bit.
One playthrough will last like 20 minutes. I've done one playthrough of the game so far.
